Refund Policy & Right to Services Policy
There are no refunds; however, you're also not "locked in" by way of a contract that says "You must purchase X amount of sessions or sign up for Y amount of months". You get what you pay for here, until you no longer want my services, at which point you stop paying and I stop training you. I'm here to help, not take advantage, nor do I need to be taken advantage of. I will be as crystal clear as possible regarding all aspects of our working relationship and the product/service that you're purchasing from me. If you inquire about my services, you are not obligated to purchase them. If you want my services, but there are limiting factors involved that are preventing me from working with you, I hold that right to withhold my services. I do NOT discriminate. There simply may be instances where, for example, the travel to you is too much or the timing may not line up with when you want to workout against when I can provide my services. Additionally, I reserve the right to withhold/cancel services if you cannot provide a SAFE, CLEAN AND ODOR-FREE location for us to work in. We don't need to all smell like roses, but personal hygiene is absolutely a dealbreaker here (sorry?). In this scenario, I will professionally complete all services purchased rather than issuing any refunds.
