Being assessed allows the Personal Trainer to gain insight into how your body is currently functioning, and, specifically, if there might be any muscular imbalances or functional hinderances that could, if not addressed or considered properly, potentially lead to injury down the road. As such, Makeshift Fitness recommends the package containing assessments.
